Guyana online academy of learning ( GOAL) scholarship
The Guyana Online Academy (GOAL), established in 2021, is a component of the Guyana government’s transformational workforce-education plan. Through collaborations with numerous international universities, GOAL will provide Guyanese throughout the whole nation with a wide range of relevant programs, from certificates to doctorates.

The main goal is to provide 20,000 scholarships by 2025 through a partnership of organizations that includes the Ministries of Education, Public Service, and Labor.
The Ministries of Public Service and Education (MPS) awarded over 2,500 certificate scholarships to citizens from all regions of Guyana in 2021 and 2022. The MPS have now added new programs for 2023, including a Marine Cadet training program, which will allow graduates to work as crew members in the maritime industry.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to choose from over 180 programs ranging from certificates to PhDs at 15 institutions.

Guyanese interested in professions in the oil and gas industry can access a mixed technical and vocational training program from the Guyana government through the Guyana Online Academy of Learning. You can apply for the GOAL-Oil and Gas Technical and Vocational Programme by following these simple guidelines.
Apply Online for the Program:
- Press the Apply button.
- Register using a working email address and a GOAL confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
- To continue, select “confirm email address.”
- To sign in, click the login button and use the same email address that you verified.
- Complete the GOAL application form and upload it or submit it at the office.
